DMF ENTRY LEVEL PROGRAMMING

  • The Entry Level Program is a 4-Week, 1-on-1 coaching program that includes a tailored strength-training routine to deliver structure to what's missing from your current routine. This ensures you're constantly progressing and never hitting plateaus!

  • Facebook Group Support where you can ask questions, post progress pictures/videos, post recipes, and network with others on a similar mission! 

  • Weekly E-mail support

  • Billed Monthly

Features

  • A bi-weekly video conference to check in, assess form, and answer any questions
  • Custom built training routine delivered via the Trainerize app

What You'll Need:

  • Access to a mobile device with internet
  • Access to gym equipment (preferred but not required)
  • Dumbbells, resistance bands, sliders, a bench, a mat, or other home fitness equipment

DMF STARTER PROGRAMMING 

  • The Starter Program includes everything the Entry Level Program does but is more comprehensive including a tailored training program along with nutritional coaching. This program also includes includes an Initial Assessment with Movement Screening via Video Chat to deliver a more customized program based on your physcial assessment.

  • Habit-based coaching to make your approach to nutrition streamlined. This program delivers attainable nutrition goals while making improvements to your current eating habits especially if you feel like this component of your training is missing.

  • Facebook Group Support where you can ask questions, post progress pictures/videos, post recipes, and network with others on a similar mission! 
  • Supplement recommendations based on your current goals (what works, what doesn't)

  • Send in video of your exercises for form correction and feedback

  • Weekly e-mail support + Video conferencing to check in

  • Billed in monthly installments

This program delivers attainable nutrition goals while making improvements to your current eating habits especially if you feel like this component of your training is missing. In contrast to the Starter Program, this program includes more coaching on calories, macronutrient targets, and education on how to keep your diet flexible while enjoying your favorite foods.

  • Movement and mobility program to improve your range of motion, prevent injury, and increase recovery time between sessions

  • Weekly E-mail support with a Weekly video conference to monitor progress

  • Exercise form correction and feedback via video 

  • Billed monthly
